Creating a report

  • Create a new Report by click ”+ Create a new report” and give it a name
  • Start with the cover slide and name your report with title and subtitle
  • Customize your favorite colors for the report
  • Duplicate slides and transform them

All your reports getting saved on the system every 5 seconds automatically. So if you close your window, your battery is running low — no problem. Go back to your report and you find your latest version

Graph Settings

  • Set-up the Time with two modes for your graphs. Use a fixed end if you want to show a static time period. The rolling period is non-static and moves by time. It takes the last x periods from the current end of the period
  • Choose a Time period you want to show in your graph (year, quarter, month, week, or day)
    What Number of periods do you want to observe? How many years, quarters, months, weeks, or days?
  • If necessary, choose a Delay. In case your data is delayed or postponed. The unit is your chosen period: years, quarters, months, weeks, or days. If not: leave it to 0
  • Pick your Data. Choose one or several _Data Repositories_you want to show in one graph. You are able to combine several in one graph
  • Chose one or several Data Types ($, %, €, miles, headcount, …) Use the X to delete the selection in this frame
  • Choose your Type of graph: bar chart, line chart, and pie chart

Use several graphs if it gets too complex. You have as many graphs and slides as you want ;)

Changes are always possible, just give it a try

  • Stacking is to depict markets. Data gets summarized to one value per period. Stack _Data Types _(KPIs), your Repositories, or the whole market (all together)
  • Method: show regular values or compare the edges in %

Shortcuts on graphs

Shortcuts - click the symbols on the right side of each graph to come directly to

  • Download: export your graph direct in PowerPoint format (.pptx)

  • Data View: direct access to your data (in table format) you transfer into your graph. Useful to view exact data points with date, value, and Data Type. It is possible to change single values for your graph. Changes in the Data View don’t influence your Data Repositories, changes are only in this graph. Click „Refresh” to implement changes to your graph, with „Close” you return without changes
