  • When you fill in our online form to contact our sales team, we collect your full name, work email and anything else you tell us about your project, needs and timeline.
  • Information you provide to us through Midesk application (such as Documentations, Presentations, Images, Articles, Email addresses and any other information).
  • Details of products and services we have provided to you and/or that you have enquired about, and our response to you.
  • Your browser session and geo-location data, device and network information, statistics on page views and sessions, acquisition sources, search queries and/or browsing behaviour;
  • additional personal information that you provide to us, directly or indirectly, through your use of our Site, associated applications, associated social media platforms and/or accounts from which you permit us to collect information; and
  • any other personal information requested by us and/or provided by you or a third party.

Analytics

The services contained in this section enable the Owner to monitor and analyze web traffic and can be used to keep track of User behaviour.

Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited)

Google Analytics is a web analysis service provided by Google Ireland Limited (“Google”). Google utilizes the Data collected to track and examine the use of this Application, to prepare reports on its activities and share them with other Google services. Google may use the Data collected to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network. Personal Data collected: Cookies; Usage Data. Google Tag Manager (Google Ireland Limited)

Google Tag Manager is a solution operated by Google Ireland Limited (“Google”) that allows marketed website tags to be managed using an interface. The Tag Manager tool itself (which implements the tags) is a cookie-less domain and does not register personal data. The tool causes other tags to be activated which may, for their part, register data under certain circumstances. Google Tag Manager does not access this information. If recording has been deactivated on the domain or cookie level, this setting will remain in place for all tracking tags implemented with Google Tag Manager. Personal Data: Usage Data. Google Optimize (Google Ireland Limited)

Optimize is provided by Google Ireland Limited (“Google”)  that utilizes Analytics cookies to target content variants to a user and a content experiment cookie to determine a user's participation in an experiment.

Interaction with live chat platforms

This type of service allows Users to interact with third-party live chat platforms directly from the pages of this Application, for contacting and being contacted by this Application support service. If one of these services is installed, it may collect browsing and Usage Data in the pages where it is installed, even if the Users do not actively use the service. Moreover, live chat conversations may be logged.

Drift Widget (Drift.com, Inc.)

The Drift Widget is a service for interacting with the Drift live chat platform provided by Drift.com, Inc. Personal Data collected: Cookies; Data communicated while using the service; Usage Data; various types of Data as specified in the privacy policy of the service. Place of processing: United States – Privacy Policy. Privacy Shield participant.

Payment provider

Midesk processes payments made by the Midesk user via the following payment service provider:

  • Stripe, Stripe Payments Europe Ltd, Block 4, Harcourt Centre, Harcourt Road, Dublin 2, Ireland. The services contained in this section enable the Owner to process online payments. All personal data are processed via the third party. As a payment services provider, Stripe has its own obligations with regard to your personal data. Visit Stripe's privacy policy.

Behavioural Advertising

When you visit our Sites or online services, both we and certain third parties collect information about your online activities over time and across different sites to provide you with advertising about products and services tailored to your individual interests. These third parties may place or recognize a unique cookie or other technology on your browser. Where required by applicable law, we will obtain your consent prior to processing of your information for the purpose of behavioural advertising.

You may see our ads on other websites or mobile apps because we participate in advertising networks. Ad networks allow us to target our messaging to users based on a range of factors, including demographic data, users’ inferred interests and browsing context (for example, the time and date of your visit to our Sites, the pages that you viewed, and the links that you clicked on). The Owner takes appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or unauthorized destruction of the Data.

Data processing is carried out using computers and/or IT enabled tools, following organizational procedures and modes strictly related to the purposes indicated. In addition to the Owner, in some cases, the Data may be accessible to certain types of persons in charge, involved with the operation of this Application (administration, sales, marketing, legal, system administration) or external parties (such as third-party technical service providers, mail carriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communications agencies) appointed, if necessary, as Data Processors by the Owner. Legal basis of processing

The Owner may process Personal Data relating to Users if one of the following applies:

Place

The Data is processed at the Owner's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located.

Retention time

Personal Data shall be processed and stored for as long as required by the purpose they have been collected for.

  • Personal Data collected for purposes related to the performance of a contract between the Owner and the User shall be retained until such contract has been fully performed.
  • Personal Data collected for the purposes of the Owner’s legitimate interests shall be retained as long as needed to fulfil such purposes. The Owner may be allowed to retain Personal Data for a longer period whenever the User has given consent to such processing, as long as such consent is not withdrawn.
